Step 1 : Schedule an introductory session. This is considered a meet and greet to explore if life coaching is right for you. Our meeting will help you to get to know me and ask as many questions as you like. I will explain how the entire process works.
Step 2 : Once you decide to begin your new life coaching experience with me, I will build you a personalized coaching session package which will fall in line with your current needs. I have several options available.
Step 3 : After you select your coaching package there are several legal forms to fill out (i.e. Coach/client confidentiality, coaching contract, and methods of payment). You will also receive some questionnaires that will help us design the alliance together for the upcoming coaching sessions.
Step 4 : Finally, we will plan out meeting logistics as it pertains to dates and times, face to face vs. video calls, and any other items that will help in effectively scheduling and starting your new life coaching experience.
